01
What this policy covers
This policy explains how information is handled when you browse the PodLabsTech website, send a project enquiry, or otherwise communicate with us through this site.
It does not describe the privacy practices of a client product or a third-party website. Those services have their own terms and notices.
02
Information you choose to share
The project enquiry form may collect your name, work email, company, project type, timeline, and the context you provide. Please do not submit secrets, production credentials, regulated records, or other sensitive material through the form.
- Contact and professional details
- Project goals, constraints, and timing
- Communication history needed to respond to your enquiry
03
Technical information
The infrastructure serving this site may process ordinary request data such as IP address, browser type, requested pages, timestamps, and security signals. This data is used to deliver the site, diagnose faults, and protect it from abuse.
The enquiry service uses a short-lived, one-way fingerprint of the request address to enforce submission limits. The fingerprint is automatically removed after its limited security window and is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
We do not intentionally use cross-site advertising trackers. If privacy-friendly audience measurement is introduced, this policy and the consent experience will be updated first.
04
Why information is used
Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess whether there is a useful fit, plan a potential engagement, operate and secure the website, meet legal obligations, and maintain necessary business records.
We do not sell personal information or use project enquiries to train public AI models.
05
Service providers and international processing
Selected infrastructure, email, content-management, and security providers may process limited information on our behalf. They receive only the access needed to provide their service and are subject to their own security and privacy obligations.
Those providers may process data in countries different from your own. Appropriate safeguards are used where the law requires them.
06
Retention and security
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as it remains useful for the conversation, related business records, security, dispute resolution, or a legal requirement. Retention periods vary with the nature of the exchange.
Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
07
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of your personal information, and to request a portable copy. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing.
Use the contact form to make a privacy request. We may need to verify the request before acting on it.

Changes to this policy
This policy may change as the website, providers, or legal requirements evolve. The date at the top identifies the latest published version. Material changes will be explained clearly where appropriate.
